Nicole is a bilingual Registered Dietitian currently working for EatRight Ontario serving English and French consumers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology, Food and Nutrition (Honours) from Brescia College at the University of Western Ontario. Nicole has a particular interest in pediatrics and completed her post graduate training at The Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) as part of the Ottawa Hospital Dietetic Internship Program.
