Bio:
Susan, a graduate of MacDonald College of McGill University, is a registered dietitian and a certified food executive.
Susan has worked for over twenty-five years in both health care and community nutrition. She has been responsible for the operations of health care and school kitchens as well as the nutritional care of people of various ages.
Susan’s own company, Meals And More!, brought an innovative service of home delivered frozen meals to the Maritimes.
Also, within the scope of Meals And More!, she has taught workshops to numerous groups, varied in both age and interest, on topics relative to food, nutrition and food handling. Other opportunities also include working with special care homes and food labelling development.
Susan was involved in the development of the educational materials for the Healthy Eating Is in Store for You(TM) national project and has taught the workshop to various groups including retailers.
