Bio:
JoAnne Arcand has an undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters Degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto. She completed her dietetic training at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. Following her internship, she and worked as a clinical dietitian in the intensive care unit at Mount Sinai Hospital. JoAnne is currently working towards her Doctorate Degree in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Toronto (class of 2011). Her research focuses on nutritional therapies for patients living with chronic heart failure.
