Nutrition assessment should address the multiple components of MetS including obesity, dyslipidemia, blood pressure, dysglycemia and their associated nutritional factors. The nutrition assessment of an individual with MetS may include the following parameters using NCP terminology:
Anthropometric Measurements
  • Height

  • Weight
