Bio:
Dale is a clinical dietitian with Aramark at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, and a part-time Education Coordinator at Copernicus Lodge, a long term care home for Polish seniors. She teaches the Food Service Worker Program for Centennial College and is an Education Consultant for the CHA Food Service and Nutrition Management correspondence program. She volunteers on the Long Term Care Action Group of Dietitians of Canada and is currently Chair of the Advisory Committee for the Food and Nutrition Management Program at George Brown College. Dale is also co-author of the manual “Menu Planning in Long Term Care – A Comprehensive Guide” which has been sold across Canada. She graduated from Ryerson University with a BSc degree in 1996 and completed her dietetic internship at the Toronto Hospital. She also has a BA from the University of Toronto. Prior to becoming a dietitian, she worked as a Food Service Supervisor and Dietary Manager for twenty years.
