Disease Etiology
Adenocarcinoma is the most common form of prostate cancer, comprising 95% of cases (1,2). Other, rare types of prostate cancer include small cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, urothelial carcinoma or transitional cell carcinoma, carcinoid tumours and sarcoma (2). Sarcoma is rare and found mostly in children (1). 
 
The cause of prostate cancer is unknown (2). However, Black men, men over the age of 50 years and men with a close family history of prostate cancer
