Rachel Bowyer has an undergraduate Masters in Nutrition from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. Since graduating in 2007 she has worked in a variety of clinical positions including critical care, and parenteral nutrition specializing in gastroenterology in 2012. She currently works at the Great Western Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Swindon, Wiltshire and has been leading the set up of the gastroenterology dietetics service, with particular focus on expanding the irritable bowel syndrome service.
