I studied at University of Wales Institute Cardiff (1998-2002). I have worked in the field of dietetics within the NHS in the UK since 2002 initially in the acute setting moving into Elderly Care (acute) in 2003 and then community dietetics since 2014. My current role is community adult weight management and diabetes dietitian.
