Andréa Fimrite, is a registered dietitian with a Bachelors degree in Science majoring in Nutrition and Food Sciences from the University of Alberta. She currently works at the BC Cancer Agency- Vancouver Island Centre (BCCA-VIC) and has for the past 16 years. She specializes in dysphagia (working with patients with cancers of the Head & Neck and esophagus) and complex symptom management. She has her Certification as a Nutrition Support Clinician and is currently working on a Master's of Science from the University of Victoria.
