Cara Rosenbloom is the president of Words to Eat By, a nutrition communications company based in Toronto. Cara holds a literature degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food & Nutrition from Ryerson University. She completed a dietetic internship at North York General Hospital to become a registered dietitian and is a member of Dietitians of Canada and the College of Dietitians of Ontario. As a volunteer, Cara is Chair of the Technical Advisory Committee for the Heart and Stroke Foundation’s Health Check Program and is chair of the Dietitians of Canada Business and Industry Network.
