Darlene Ravensdale retired from a long career in clinical nutrition, clinical nutrition management and program management, and is currently a consultant in Nutrition & Dietetics in Victoria, BC. She completed her Bachelor of Home Economics (Nutrition) from Mount Allison University, a dietetic internship at Winnipeg General Hospital, and a Master of Science (Human Nutrition) from the University of Manitoba. One of Darlene’s career long interests has been nutrient analysis and nutrient analysis systems. She has contributed to the initial PEN section on Nutrient Analysis.
