Ruth Elias has worked as an inpatient cardiac dietitian at University Health Network for the past 15 years focusing on cardiovascular medicine and surgery in addition to ICU and CVICU coverage. She recently obtained her diabetes educator certification and is responsible for conducting classes for patients in cardiology and post operatively after CV surgery.
