Three modules from the Canadian Cochrane Centre and Dietitians of Canada, with support from the Canadian Institute of Health Research (CIHR) are available to help increase the use of Cochrane Systematic Reviews among registered dietitians.

The National Collaborating Centre for Methods and Tools (NCCMT) has created a series of 11 short videos on basic statistical concepts - risk and relative risk, effectiveness of interventions, type of reviews, odds ratio, confidence intervals, forest plots/meta analysis, clinical significance, evidence-informed decision making, pyramid tool and standardized mean difference.

Grey Matters: A Practical Tool for Searching Health-Related Grey Literature
The Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health (CADTH), "provides Canada’s federal, provincial, and territorial health care decision-makers with objective evidence to help make informed decisions about the optimal use of drugs and medical devices in our health care system". While the emphasis of the sites in the checklist is on information about drugs, there are many relevant websites listed for retrieving nutrition-related information. Updated August 2021.
