7-day Dairy-Free Healthy Meal Plan
A 7-day vegan meal plan from Diabetes Canada suitable for individuals with or without diabetes providing non-diary calcium rich foods. Carbohydrates are balanced throughout each day with each meal containing 30-45 grams of carbohydrates with snacks containing around 15 grams of carbohydrates. There are links provided to a variety of recipes.
