Versions are available for the public or CF-SMART clients in English and French and there is a cost to register.

7-day Gluten-Free Healthy Meal Plan for Individuals with Diabetes
A 1,500-calorie, 7-day meal plan from Diabetes Canada suitable for individuals with celiac disease or gluten intolerance who also have diabetes. The foods and links to recipes in the meal plan are gluten-free and carbohydrates are balanced throughout each day. Each meal contains 30-45 grams of carbohydrates and snacks contain around 15 grams of carbohydrates.
