Gluten-Free Training for the Food Service and Hospitality Industry
GF-Smart™ offers online training that provides a 6-module program designed for food handlers to understand the essential elements of a food service gluten-free program, what is involved in offering gluten-free food, why avoiding contamination matters, and how to plan and manage your system once it is in place. Versions are available for the public or CF-SMART clients in English and French and there is a cost to register.
