- calorie modification (e.g. increased, if dyskinesia)
- fibre level (e.g. if constipation is present)
- fluid level (e.g. increased fluid if orthostatic hypotension
- mineral intake (e.g. increased sodium if orthostatic hypotension)
- texture modification (may need mechanical soft or pureed diet if there are swallowing difficulties).
