Bio:Stephanie completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto in 2001 and a Masters of Science degree in Applied Human Nutrition and the Dietetics Internship Education Program at Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, NS in May 2006. Her graduate thesis explored the eating habits, health beliefs and quality of life of Chinese Canadians living in Toronto. This research was unique as it employed the World Health Organization Quality of Life framework, with a nutrition component, and established health belief categories. It is an important piece of work to evaluate the nutrition and health of the Chinese Canadian immigrants.
