Tracy Hutching is a Registered Dietitian with over 12 years of patient care experience at the Lipid Research Clinic at Hamilton Health Sciences in Hamilton, Ontario. Tracy currently specializes in the field of patient and family education. Her Patient Education Specialist role includes consulting with clinical teams to develop and revise patient education resources and educating health professionals and health professional students on health literacy and patient and family education resource development.
