Bio:
Cristine has extensive career experience in pediatric nutrition, with primary expertise in Regulatory Affairs. For 15 years with Mead Johnson Nutritionals, Cristine has been involved in the development and support of pediatric nutrition products and services in Canada and globally. Her experience in the private sector has included senior leadership roles in medical affairs, nutrition science, and regulatory affairs. She has been involved in pediatric clinical research trials in Canada, and has worked on several initiatives with industry groups in shaping nutrition policy and regulation in Canada. Currently Cristine’s role in Regulatory Affairs is focused on global innovation in infant nutrition, providing direct exposure to the regulatory environments and authorities in international markets. Cristine received her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry, and M.Sc. in nutrition and metabolism at McMaster University
