Bio:
Helen’s main passion is health and nutrition. In addition to completing a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and having worked in the fitness field, she has been a registered dietitian for 20 years and has worked as a clinical dietitian, medical representative, nutrition educator, consulting dietitian, and foodservice supervisor and food safety inspector. She has additional academic training in medical/technical writing and evidence-based decision making. Her most recent work includes appraising scientific nutrition/medical research articles for the European Food Safety Authority's (EFSA) Literature search and review related to specific preparatory work in the establishment of Dietary Reference Values for thiamine, pantothenic acid, and choline.
