[A] The following conclusions are supported by good evidence:
High quality  RCT evidence found creatine supplementation (3-20 g/day) for approximately one to six months significantly improved muscular strength and fat-free mass among those with muscular dystrophies. There was also some evidence of improvement in activities of daily living (ADLs), functional performance and global assessment (felt better) among those with muscular dystrophies.
