MNA® - Mini Nutritional Assessment 

 

MNA®-SF (short form) is a 6 question screening tool used to identify patients aged 65 and above who are malnourished or at risk of malnutrition. This SF makes the link to intervention easier and quicker and is the preferred form of the MNA® for clinical use over the older, longer form.


The website provides access to tools for clinicians, including ®MNA User Guides, MNA®-Long Form, MNA® and the Electronic Record and the Self-MNA®, all available in a variety of languages.
