    A 1400-1600 calorie, 7-day meal plan from Diabetes Canada, suitable for individuals with and without diabetes focusing on healthy meals from various Caribbean kitchens. Each meal contains 30-55 grams of net carbohydrates and snack around 15 grams of carbohydrate. There are links provided to a variety of recipes.

  • 7-day Chinese Healthy Meal Plan

    A 7-day meal plan from Diabetes Canada including traditional and non-traditional Chinese dishes, suitable for individuals with and without diabetes. Carbohydrates are balanced throughout the day with each meal containing 30-45 grams of carbohydrates and snacks containing around 15 grams of carbohydrates. There are links provided to a variety of recipes. Also available in Chinese.
