    A 1200-1300 calorie, 7-day vegan meal plan from Diabetes Canada suitable for individuals with or without diabetes. Features low-glycemic index carbohydrates and healthy fats. Carbohydrates are balanced throughout each day with each meal containing 40-50 grams of carbohydrates with optional snacks containing around 15 grams of carbohydrates. There are links provided to a variety of recipes.
