These statements are provided as examples only and will not apply to all individuals:
- Inadequate nutrient absorption related to exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, as evidenced by unexplained weight loss of x kg in x months, vitamin deficiencies and fatigue.
- Malnutrition related to poor oral nutrition tolerance resulting from nausea and vomiting, as evidenced by unexplained
