Toddler and Preschool Nutrition

Bio:
Lee has over 20 years of clinical and public health nutrition experience including the Project Manager of NutriSTEP™, a preschool nutrition screening tool development and validation project. Lee advises on a number of national nutrition and child heath projects and is involved the training, recruitment and retention of Registered Dietitans in Northern Ontario. She is on faculty with the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and provides numerous presentations on a variety of clinical and general pediatric nutrition topics. Lee received her undergraduate degree in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph and her post graduate training at the Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital Dietetic Internship Program. She has a Master of Education degree; her thesis was on the issue of health literacy, child health and the nutrition education of parents and caregivers.
