    This North Dakota State University Extension Service presentation provides with information on cooking, eating and eating out for those with low vision. Includes a lesson guide and fact sheet. Target audience of the materials is not clear as they appear to be educating professionals but the tips are directed to low vision consumers (particularly the fact sheet)
