Testing for Gluten in Food Products 

 
  1. Recently a new ELISA test which is more sensitive to detecting gluten content of foods has been developed. Gluten content can be checked using the R5 ELISA kit which is an enzyme assay test. (cited 2007 10 October). Information available from: R-Biopharm
