Scientific Opinion on the Re-evaluation of Aspartame (E 951) as a Food Additive

Completed re-evaluation of the safety of aspartame. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) reaffirms their evaluation that aspartame remains safe for human consumption and use as a food additive.
