Food Safety for People with Weakened Immune Systems
This handout and accompanying video from the Governement of Canada provide consumers with information on how to prevent foodborne illness in people with weakened immune systems as a result of disease such as HIV, cancer, organ transplantation, alcoholism etc. They list foods that pose a high risk and give tips for safe food handling.
