The Nestle Nutrition Institute's MNA® is a validated nutrition screening tool for professionals to identify older adults in institutions or the community who are at risk for malnutrition. Available forms include the MNA®-SF, recommended for clinical use, MNA® and the Electronic Medical Record and Interactive versions of the MNA®-Short and -Long in a variety of languages. There is also a Self-MNA® to be filled in by older adults, available in a variety of languages.
